What is a typical day at 180°Fitness? 

Typical day? 180° Fitness is anything but typical! We pride ourselves on creativity, ingenuity, and authenticity; that means no training day is ever the same. We change up our exercise routines so you can never guess what’s coming next. Just be prepared for kettlebells, suspension training, obstacle courses, rope training, circuit training, tabata training, kickboxing, pushups, pull ups, core work, and to feel sweaty and exhausted once we are finished with you! When you sign up at Orleans’ hottest new training centre, 180° Fitness, your days of boring workouts are over!

What kind of people go to 180° Fitness? 

Anyone and everyone in Ottawa with a fitness goal in mind! Our training centre is designed to both encourage and challenge all fitness levels. Do not let shape, size, or age deter you, 180° Fitness offers a wide range of programs and we guarantee that you will find one well suited to your fitness goals. We establish a baseline for you and monitor your progress throughout your time with us. Whether you are new to working out or have been training since you could walk, we have a challenging training program for you! 

What do I need to bring to 180° Fitness?   

Your attire should be conducive to working out, we recommend workout pants and t-shirt/tank and running shoes. You should also keep yourself hydrated while training, so water bottles are a good call and also a hand towel to dry off any sweat. 

What kind of results can I expect?  

If you can commit at least one hour a day to exercise at 180° Fitness, then the return on your time will be like a great investment skyrocketing profit! Your body will experience a total remodeling: reduction of fat, increased strength, weight loss, renewed confidence, improved mental focus, better cardio, and of course the elation that accompanies the fulfillment of your personal fitness goals!

How does the re-occurring payments work?

We make it as simple and easy for you to continue bootcamp and/or Personal Training/semi private training.  It doesn’t matter which program you decided to join, we will assume that you will continue each month unless you tell us otherwise (email works best); one month after your initial purchase, you will be billed for the same amount as the previous month.   Please let us know at least 7 days before the end of your one month period if you are going to stop.  If you sign up for just the one month membership and decide you really enjoy it and want to continue for more than an additional month, let us know and you can sign up for the 6 month reduced rate.

How soon will I see results? 

Different body types experience different results. You will see improvements in performance within the first week of training, but most see visual improvements in 3 – 4 weeks. Results vary depending on how much effort you put into our training programs; if you maintain a healthy diet while you exercise and consistently attend 180° Fitness classes, then your results will be a reflection of that—absolutely stellar!

At 180 Fitness, we have personal trainers to guide you in your exercise and weight loss programs, but we are also the only training centre in Orleans to offer grocery shopping tours to help you establish healthier eating habits too! Our nutritionist and registered dietitian are always available for appointments and can help you develop a balanced lifestyle with plenty of physical activity and good nutrition.

What if I have a specific injury and (i.e. bad knees or back) or can’t perform a certain exercise?      
Don’t let that stop you! Injury prevention is our primary concern, so if you have a specific injury or can’t perform an exercise let your trainers know and we can modify the workout for you. Our personalized alternatives will still strengthen your body and give you an intense workout. 

What if I have never lifted weights?

Many of the bootcampers have no prior weight training experience.  Our high level trainers will break down each movement and correct for to ensure that you are doing it right.
